Jessica Cozzi

licensed Esthetician

Jessica Cozzi is a licensed Esthetician with 27 years of experience and has been an integral part of RMLC for the past 13 years. As our Clinic Director, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skin‑care goals. Jessica is equally passionate about education, and she enjoys mentoring future students through hands‑on training that builds confidence and skill.

Jessica lives in Lakewood with her husband and their two fur babies. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, crafting, and taking road trips—especially when she can put her car‑karaoke talents to use.

Peyton McCann

lead instructor

Our Lead Instructor, Peyton McCann, has been a Licensed Esthetician for 10 years, and a Certified Laser Specialist for 5. She has been a part of our team at RMLC for almost 4 years now, and has experience in day spas & med spas, & even owning her own little skin studio at one point—giving her a well-rounded real-world approach to the classroom. Peyton loves what she does, both in the treatment room and in the classroom, she can’t wait for all of the new and exciting things to come!

Peyton was born and raised right up the street from us in Lakewood, Colorado, has a sensitive and needy Shepherd Mix named Opie Paul, and spends most of her free time with her boyfriend and his two wonderful children. When she isn’t occupied with the day to day, you will most likely find her somewhere in the mountains, whether she’s snowboarding, snowmobiling, riding ATVs, or just to recharge.

Lenorah

Certified Laser Specialist

Lenorah has been in the beauty industry for almost 5 years. After working in salons for some time, she received her Cosmetology license a little over a year ago. Shortly after, she went to RMLC to receive her Laser Specialist Certification. Now working at RMLC, she is dedicated to her love of hair and tattoo removal.

Lenorah is a Colorado Native, and no, she doesn’t ski. When Lenorah isn’t making you hair-free, you can catch her with a funky craft, doing her lashes, or at the theaters with her man. She has a 15-year old chihuahua, Skittles, who is the absolute light of her life and a 4 year old frenchie, Willow.

Ariel

licensed esthetician

Ariel is a licensed esthetician with seven years of experience and a deep passion for the MedSpa industry. Her love for aesthetics led her to further her education and become an esthetic nurse, a role she has thrived in for the past two years. Ariel is dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals and takes a personalized, hands-on approach to ensure every patient feels confident and fully satisfied with their results. Her favorite treatment to both provide and receive is Botox and other neuromodulators.

Ariel has spent most of her life in Denver, CO. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, staying active at the gym, and traveling—often finding herself on a flight to her next destination.

Ronnie rubenstein

Ronnie Rubenstein, our college administrator, has been with the college since the waters carved out the canyons and the Rockies were thrust from the heart of Mother Earth. Her passion, here at the school, is students. She loves to see them improve themselves and she stays in touch with most,  to follow them and help them anyway she can.

Ronnie is the mother to four and grandmother to seven. Her family is her joy.

front office manager

Our front office manager, Lindsie Burnham has been in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist for over 20 years. She has been with Rocky Mountain Laser Clinic since 2023 after needing a career change. 

When she’s not at work, she is either at a basketball game for one of her 4 kids, hanging out with the cutest grandbaby ever, or designing and building projects with her husband. According to him, she has a secret talent for putting on pillowcases in record time, even when she gives him a head start, he can’t beat her.

John Kinross-Wright, born in Big Timber, Montana a small farm and mining town of around 1800 people, where he grew up on a pig farm.  He attended undergraduate at Montana State University, where he studied biochemistry and microbiology, before continuing his education at University of Colorado School of Medicine where he obtained his MD.  Dr. John then completed his residency at University of South Dakota, and continued on there as a hospitalist for many years, before tiring of corporate medicine and entering the wonderful world of aesthetics.  

Dr. John is married for 13 years this June to his wife Leslie, they have two kids Asher and Jolie who you will sometimes spot at RMLC hanging out with their dad. When not at RMLC you will find Dr. John with his family and pets, often in the mountains.

Dr. John Kinross-Wright acts as our delegator for medical services at RMLC.

Jesse Dickens has spent the past 10 years working in cardiac sonography, focusing primarily on healthcare management operations. His wife has been in the beauty industry for 20+ years and he saw the opportunity to merge his operational skill set with aesthetics, which ultimately led him to Rocky Mountain Laser Clinic.

Originally from New York, he moved to Colorado in 2005 and has been proud to call it home ever since. He’s married with two amazing boys, who keep life busy and fun (bro nights turn into wrestlemania quickly). Outside of work, Jesse enjoys staying active through golf and softball, and he never misses an opportunity to compete in fantasy football with his long-time buddies.
