Frequently Asked Questions

  • The procedure can sting or feel slightly hot, but it is not painful. 

  • You can return to normal activities immediately (except intercourse). 

  • You can shower any time after your treatment, and return to your normal soap and shaving routine. 

  • Clear discharge is normal. Call us if discharge is pink or bloody.

  • Yes, the laser has vaporized tiny columns of skin which will generate the rejuvenation. The bumps will heal within a few days.

  • The laser manufacturer trials have indicated it take three treatments for full results.

  • We recommend one treatment a year. 

  • While there is no cure for urinary incontinence, this procedure has benefits and will give a relief of symptoms.
